Shipping Policy:

  • We deliver all over India with a flat shipping charge of Rs. 90 per kg.
  • Upon order receipt, we will notify customers via WhatsApp when the order enters the processing stage.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped for easy tracking.

Return Policy:

  • All sales are final. Once an order is completed, there are no options for returns or exchanges.
  • To ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
  • If a product becomes unavailable, we will offer alternative suggestions of equal value.
  • Customers can opt to purchase other items of equivalent value in lieu of the unavailable product.
  • In the event that the suggested alternatives are not suitable, customers can choose to keep the amount as store credit for future purchases.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, cancellation is possible only if the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. contact us on Whatsapp on +91 86676 39948
  • In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will be 5% of the transaction amount or ₹30, whichever is higher.
  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
  • Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
